About the role

Our Lead Teachers play a vital role in the development of young children by providing care and education in a safe and nurturing environment. They create lesson plans, ensure safety, and support children’s development while collaborating with the teaching team and parents.

Key responsibilities

Create and implement lesson plans that foster learning and development.
Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and ensure the well‑being of each child.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and parents to assess and address individual child needs.

Required profile

Fun, engaging, welcoming and nurturing attitude.
Early, punctual and reliable with a strong role‑model mindset.
Creative, innovative and able to thrive in a loud, dynamic environment.
Comfortable having challenging conversations with parents and peers.
