Day Warehouse Associate

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage’s warehouse team as a Day Warehouse Associate. You will work Monday‑Thursday (7 am‑4 pm) and Friday (7 am‑2 pm) to pick, load, and ship orders for next‑day delivery while operating stand‑up forklift equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice, picking cases or bottles accurately.
• Load route trucks according to computerized schematics.
• Perform daily inspections of assigned equipment and report deficiencies.
• Operate material‑handling equipment safely, including stand‑up forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip‑sheet lift, de‑layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack, and floor scrubber.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and handle beverage alcohol products responsibly.
• Assist with additional duties as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous warehouse experience or training (preferred).
• Ability to follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and judgment skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 65 lb, stand, walk, squat, and reach for extended periods.

Required skills

• Stand‑up forklift operation.
• Operation of material‑handling equipment (order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, etc.).
