Data Specialist

About the role

The Data Specialist will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data—particularly material and customer data—within our SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment. Working on a flexible hybrid schedule, you will receive comprehensive training and collaborate with business units, IT, and data‑governance teams to support reliable reporting and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify, and inactivate material master records, including product and packaging details, using the Automate Evolve platform.
• Maintain and enrich customer master data such as profiles, sales areas, and credit information.
• Conduct regular data quality checks, audits, and KPI reporting; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Implement and enforce data‑governance policies, standards, and SLAs for master data.
• Collaborate with process owners to define data definitions, standards, and business rules.
• Participate in projects like supplier onboarding, M&A, and S/4 upgrades, handling data transformation and integration.
• Support end‑users with training on master‑data processes and system functionalities.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Ability to work two days per week on‑site and three days remotely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Willingness to engage in cross‑functional teams and data‑governance committees.
