Main Missions

• Accurately enter and update patient medical records within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of medical information to ensure high-quality data integrity.
• Utilize specialized healthcare software including AHLTA, McKesson, and other EHR platforms.
• Manage medical claims administration tasks using IBM AS/400 systems.
• Collaborate closely with team members to maintain consistent and reliable data entry processes.
• Support general administrative tasks related to medical data management.
• Strictly adhere to healthcare data privacy protocols and security standards to protect patient information.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a healthcare or medical environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative office setting.
• Proficiency in navigating complex database systems.
