Data Analyst – Reporting & Visualization

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to produce, document, and present ad‑hoc and standard reports with visualizations for internal and external customers. The role involves turning diverse data sources into actionable insights and collaborating with stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and present reports and dashboards using Power BI and other analytical tools.
• Query database repositories to create visualizations from multiple data sources.
• Combine in‑house and third‑party data to deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with clients, account managers, and other analysts to demonstrate outcomes and recommend strategies.
• Maintain data integrity, ensure reporting accuracy, and improve reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of analytics experience.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare management experience (Workers’ Compensation, Health Plans, or Medical Case Management).
• At least 1 year of experience presenting complex analytics findings to stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Power BI for dashboard development.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong SQL querying skills.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
