Data Analyst – Junior / Middle

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help turn data into actionable insights. You will work with business and product teams to analyze data, identify trends, and create reports that support better decision‑making. This role is open to both junior and middle‑level candidates, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in business and product data.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights.
• Validate data quality and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Maintain clear documentation of reports, metrics, and analytical processes.

Required profile

• Junior level: 1+ year of experience in data analysis, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, basic SQL knowledge, and familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Middle level: 3+ years of experience, strong SQL proficiency, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and ability to analyze large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and clear communication in English.
