Data Analyst Intern – Power BI & Data Science

About the role

The Data Science & Power BI Intern will work alongside the Data Analytics team, supporting the development of data‑driven solutions and insights for the Unified Service Management (USM) service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, Balanced Scorecards, and executive reports.
• Design, develop, and optimise data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Create and maintain Python‑based scripts for data processing, transformation, automation, and analytics.
• Support data extraction, cleansing, validation, and integration activities from multiple data sources.
• Develop new analytical workflows and improve existing reporting processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Advanced student in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Required skills

• Power BI or Tableau.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel.
• Python for data analysis and automation (including Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• SQL and relational databases.
• Git/GitHub.
• Microsoft Fabric (desirable).
