DAPO Specialist – Pharmacy Data Operations

About the role

The DAPO Specialist (Pharmacy) ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of pharmacy and provider data within a structured healthcare operations environment. Working remotely across the United States, you will support program delivery and regulatory adherence by managing high‑volume transactional data.

Key responsibilities

• Process DAPO‑related work items, updating pharmacy and provider records with precision.
• Review records for completeness, correctness, and regulatory compliance.
• Follow established workflows to identify, resolve, and escalate data discrepancies.
• Document all actions in line with audit standards and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent data across systems.
• Maintain high‑quality output while handling a large volume of tasks in a remote setting.

Required profile

• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification (PTCB or ExCPT).
• 1‑4 years of experience in healthcare operations, pharmacy environments, provider data management, or claims processing.
• Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
