Cybersecurity Policy Analyst (Top Secret Clearance)

About the role

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Policy Analyst to develop, consolidate, and maintain cybersecurity policies that support DOD and federal requirements. The role requires a Top Secret/SCI‑eligible clearance and the ability to brief senior leadership on policy changes.

Key responsibilities

• Review, consolidate, and develop cybersecurity policy in line with DLA and DOD directives.
• Ensure policies balance security imperatives with operational needs across federal, intelligence, and military environments.
• Provide briefings to senior management on policy updates, changes, and progress.
• Support government agencies and contracts within the Intelligence Community, DoD, and other federal civil agencies.

Required profile

• Minimum seven (7) years of cybersecurity policy experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting federal agencies, including IC, DoD, and military organizations.
• Prior experience on similar contracts and deep understanding of the customer environment is highly desirable.
• U.S. citizenship with a Top Secret, IT‑I clearance and eligibility for SCI.
