CyberArk Consultant – Infrastructure Consultant (Level 2)

About the role

Infosys Financial Services is seeking a CyberArk Consultant to join its Infrastructure Consulting team in Richardson, TX. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable IT infrastructure solutions for financial institutions, leveraging privileged access management, identity management, and cloud security technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT environments, produce assessment reports, and support due‑diligence activities to identify maturity gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Design cost‑effective, scalable infrastructure solutions, review reusable components, and create technical documentation for deployments.
• Coordinate release schedules, execute deployments, conduct post‑deployment testing, and manage version control.
• Plan and execute maintenance windows, emergency fixes, and technology upgrades while ensuring continuity.
• Analyze performance data, provide insights on system behavior, and support capacity‑planning initiatives.
• Perform security checks, recovery drills, compliance audits, and implement security controls to maintain a robust security posture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in infrastructure consulting, incident management, and IT assessments.
• Strong background in designing, deploying, and maintaining secure IT solutions.
• Ability to work closely with client teams and deliver clear, actionable documentation.
