Cyber Security Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Manager to lead high‑impact strategic initiatives that protect and enhance our clinical, operational and administrative systems. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while meeting our quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and oversee cyber security projects that support organizational goals and improve patient care through technology.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical, operational and technical teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.
• Conduct security reviews and provide clear updates to management and non‑technical staff.
• Present project status and security recommendations to C‑level executives and achieve consensus across diverse stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading security‑focused projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to succinctly convey project goals and security issues to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
• Strong presentation skills with experience addressing senior leadership.
