Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Clinically AI is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist healthcare providers using its AI‑driven documentation platform. This entry‑level position blends technical troubleshooting with frontline customer service, helping users get the most out of AI‑generated notes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
• Guide technical troubleshooting, including AI output, deployment, and IT integration problems.
• Educate clinicians and admin staff on practical AI usage and prompt engineering.
• Support IT admins with browser‑extension, desktop, and mobile app deployments across MDM, SSO, and Group Policy environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to close the feedback loop and improve the product.
• Create and maintain FAQs, how‑to guides, and other support documentation.

Required profile

• Customer‑first mindset with empathy and strong communication skills.
• Technical aptitude for AI tools and ability to explain concepts to non‑technical users.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple requests.
• Curiosity about AI, especially prompt engineering and LLM behavior.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required skills

• Ticketing/case management platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Management).
• Microsoft Intune or comparable MDM solutions.
• Azure AD/Entra ID and SAML/OIDC SSO configuration.
• Windows Group Policy Objects for software deployment.
• PowerShell scripting basics.
• AI prompt engineering and LLM troubleshooting.

• Base salary $75,000–$85,000 per year.
