Customer Success Manager

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager at Campfire, you will own a portfolio of finance and accounting customers, driving adoption, retention, and long‑term success on our platform. You will act as the primary partner for finance teams, ensuring they realize measurable value and feel confident running core financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own post‑implementation success for a portfolio of customers and build strong relationships with Controllers, Accounting Managers, and Finance leaders.
• Drive adoption, engagement, and value realization; proactively manage account health and identify churn risk.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, success planning, and ongoing check‑ins.
• Manage renewals, forecast accurately, and identify expansion opportunities such as additional seats, modules, or new entities.
• Partner with Sales to scope and close upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Lead customer enablement sessions, workflow optimization reviews, and support rollout of new product features.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Support, and Product teams to ensure smooth handoffs, resolve issues, and convey customer feedback internally.

Required profile

• 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience supporting finance, accounting, or operations teams is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong ownership, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑moving startup environment.
