Customer Success Manager

About the role

Highstoke Media, a remote‑first digital marketing agency for luxury beauty and advanced aesthetics, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for its clients. You will coach, support, and guide clients to ensure they achieve the desired outcomes from our services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships as the main point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and success.
• Provide personalized coaching and best‑practice guidance to help clients maximize the impact of our services.
• Address client challenges and urgent issues with poise and effective problem‑solving.
• Conduct regular Zoom check‑ins to review progress and align with client objectives.
• Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while staying organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve the client experience.

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• 2‑3+ years in a customer‑facing role, preferably in customer success or account management.
• Experience hosting and managing multiple Zoom meetings daily.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot software tools.
• Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience with project‑management tools such as Asana, Slack, and ClickUp.
• Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals; background in beauty or permanent‑makeup industry is a plus.
• Experience working for a US‑based company and with US cultural/communication nuances.
