Customer Success Manager, Industries

About the role

Join Anthropic's Customer Success team to drive AI adoption across the Industries segment. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to complex customers in Entertainment, Insurance, Manufacturing and Retail, helping them unlock the full potential of Claude API, Claude for Enterprise and Claude Code.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key decision makers to understand business objectives and identify optimization opportunities.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's product suite (API, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code) and guide customers to the right solutions.
• Leverage deep industry knowledge to proactively drive usage planning, adoption and realized value.
• Monitor usage patterns, address under‑utilization and drive full value from consumption‑based and seat‑based contracts.
• Serve as the customer's thought partner, providing best practices, change‑management guidance and expanding use cases across the organization.
• Feed customer insights back to product, research and go‑to‑market teams to shape future offerings.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen combined with technical expertise.
• Ability to understand and align with customers' AI vision, strategic direction and technical needs.
• Experience advising enterprise‑level customers and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable value.
