Customer Success Implementation Analyst

About the role

The Customer Success Implementation Analyst leads the deployment of Elsevier Clinical Solutions products within healthcare organizations. This customer‑facing role combines project management, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful onboarding, integration and long‑term adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation lifecycle for Elsevier Clinical Solutions products, from initiation through go‑live and hand‑off to Customer Success.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, risk mitigation strategies and stakeholder communication.
• Serve as primary customer contact, coordinating multi‑stakeholder projects and EHR integration efforts.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on product functionality, workflow design and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience delivering software implementations and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects in healthcare or health‑IT.
• Proven track record coordinating EHR integrations and understanding HL7 and interoperability concepts.
• Strong project‑management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
