Customer Solution & Claims Specialist

About the role

The Customer Solution & Claims Specialist is the primary point of contact for customers and the sales force, managing the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash process for Nestlé Health Science’s international markets. The role focuses on export‑oriented order management, ensuring orders are received in full, on time, and meet service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze order exceptions, improve order patterns, and minimize manual touches.
• Coordinate ocean bookings and air freight shipments with carriers to meet cut‑off dates.
• Monitor and resolve account‑specific issues, ensuring blocked orders are processed accurately within SLA.
• Generate and compile export documentation such as Certificates of Origin, Health Certificates, and BOLs.
• Provide 360° visibility on order status to customers and internal teams, applying root‑cause reason codes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain functions (order management, distribution, inventory, transportation, or demand planning).
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in SAP, BW and BusinessObjects preferred.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (V‑LOOKUP, pivot tables) and Outlook.
