Customer Service Representative (Remote, Los Angeles)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast‑growing SaaS company. This full‑time, remote position is based in Los Angeles and focuses on delivering quick, clear, and efficient support to platform users.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and support tickets promptly and professionally.
• Guide users through basic troubleshooting and platform features.
• Escalate complex or technical issues to senior team members or engineering.
• Document interactions and updates in CRM/support tools.
• Assist new users with onboarding questions and product navigation.
• Follow established processes to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback, and help maintain help‑center articles and FAQs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, support, or a customer‑facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic, professional approach.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM or support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, or HubSpot.
