Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

About the role

Cardinal Health, a global healthcare services and products company, is looking for a part‑time Customer Service Representative to join its St. Louis team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional assistance across phone, email and other channels while supporting the company’s mission to improve healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing accurate information about pharmaceuticals, medical products and services.
• Process orders, returns and service requests with high accuracy.
• Document all interactions and transactions in internal systems.
• Resolve issues promptly, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and clinical support teams to meet customer needs.
