Customer Service Representative

About the role

Seaside Plumbing is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners across the Eastern Shore. You will create a warm, professional experience for callers while supporting scheduling and service coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails and chat messages, assisting customers with scheduling and service inquiries.
• Follow up with customers to confirm expectations and resolve any concerns.
• Enter and manage customer information across multiple systems with speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with dispatch and field teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Genuine enjoyment of helping people and strong communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized, handle high‑volume calls and work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and ownership of results.

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
