Customer Service Representative

About the role

Vortex Doors is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle inquiries via phone and email, provide accurate information about our door products and services, and ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers professionally through phone and email, addressing questions and offering assistance.
• Identify customer needs, schedule services, and escalate complex issues to management.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer management system.
• Dispatch vehicles and coordinate personnel based on location, urgency, and availability.
• Develop product knowledge to deliver accurate information about door installations and repairs.
• Manage collections, track outstanding balances, and follow up on payment status.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; AA/BA preferred.
• 1‑3 years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle high‑stress situations.
