About the role
Ibex is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to assist members with health insurance inquiries. You will provide support via phone, email, and chat while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Guide members on provider networks, referrals, and pre‑authorizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve billing, payment, and coverage issues.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex member concerns.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on policies, state regulations, and industry changes.
Required profile
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high call/chat/email volumes.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Experience using customer support platforms.
