About the role

Join Roadside Protect, a Bosch Service Solutions business, as a Customer Service Representative on an early‑shift schedule (5:00 am‑1:30 pm). You will provide critical roadside assistance to drivers in the U.S. and Canada, helping them resolve emergencies quickly and safely.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and deliver professional, empathetic support.
  • Gather accurate vehicle, driver and incident information.
  • Enter data into dispatch systems and perform fleet intake tasks.
  • Follow scripts, workflows, and client‑specific requirements.
  • Communicate clearly with customers to confirm details and next steps.

Required profile

  • U.S. work authorization (no future sponsorship).
  • Strong empathy and social skills for building rapport.
  • Ability to handle high‑stress, time‑sensitive situations.
  • Entry‑level candidates are welcome.
