Customer Service Representative (Bank Teller)

About the role

IDB Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Teller to join its Los Angeles team. You will support banking teams by handling client inquiries, account opening, cash management, and loan servicing while delivering a high‑touch, white‑glove experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer inquiries, supporting client retention and growth.
• Utilize case‑management tools and dashboards to prioritize tasks and meet service level agreements.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and internal banking teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Process daily reports, funds transfer requests, and client documentation for account opening (KYC, RFI, ODD).
• Conduct client callbacks to verify and authenticate transaction requests.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
