Customer Service Delivery Advocate

About the role

Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Delivery Advocates to deliver vehicles directly to customers' doors using custom car haulers. The role involves physical loading/unloading, paperwork, and ensuring safe vehicle transport.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' driveways using company haulers (no commercial license required).
• Load and unload vehicles, inspect haulers for safety, and maintain a clean driving record.
• Complete customer paperwork and record detailed notes in the tracking system.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of customer‑facing experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
• Must be 21 + years old, hold a valid driver’s license, pass a drug test and obtain a DOT medical card.

Required skills

• Ability to obtain a Notary commission within 90 days (sponsored by Carvana).
• State‑specific licensing as required (e.g., Chauffeur’s license, Vehicle Verifier license).
