About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role you will deliver exceptional service, address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively by identifying issues and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
• Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the customer relationship management system.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service qualifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
