About the role

We’re looking for a high‑performing business athlete to join our Customer Risk Strategy team. You will manage forward‑thinking risk programs that are a critical differentiator for Column, helping deepen relationships with fintech partners. This role offers a unique entry point into a high‑growth fintech where you’ll have significant influence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage oversight of Column’s fintech partners by reviewing program metrics to spot trends, outliers, and risk indicators.
• Evaluate partnership expansions, collaborating with internal SMEs to document risk and compliance considerations.
• Architect new, high‑velocity processes to address inefficiencies as the partnership footprint grows.
• Drive intelligence and reporting, delivering metrics and briefings to senior leadership and the Board.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in high‑growth environments such as management consulting, financial regulatory agencies, financial services, or fintech.
• Ability to quickly master new situations and solve problems with minimal friction.
• Disciplined approach to managing complex workstreams and navigating high‑pressure priorities across multiple teams.
• Scrappy, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude with a focus on execution.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Interest in finance, risk, and technology; familiarity with banking and fintech is a plus.
