Customer Growth Lead – Sales & Customer Success

About the role

Jersey Watch is seeking a Customer Growth Lead to own the entire sales funnel for its self‑serve SaaS platform serving youth sports organizations. You will be the first dedicated sales professional, driving inbound and outbound efforts while partnering closely with Customer Care to ensure new customers succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries, conduct discovery calls, and deliver product demos to league administrators, coaches, and club directors.
• Design and execute outbound campaigns, including lead list building and email outreach, to acquire new customers across the US and Canada.
• Identify high‑potential trial accounts, guide them through registration, payment setup, and go‑live, and convert them into paying customers.
• Collaborate daily with the Customer Care team on handoffs, escalations, and shared accounts.
• Provide occasional onboarding or troubleshooting support for customers you have signed.
• Help shape future sales team growth and recruitment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or subscription‑based products.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote‑first environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats.
