Customer Facing Business Coach

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Facing Business Coach to join Event Hawk’s team. In this fully remote position you will work 40 hours per week on Zoom, helping party‑rental business owners understand and improve their marketing and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live Zoom sessions with clients to review marketing campaign results and explain key metrics.
• Analyze client data in HubSpot—including leads, bookings, follow‑ups, sales activity, and campaign performance—to spot trends and opportunities.
• Provide clear coaching, actionable recommendations, and next steps to enhance clients’ marketing strategies, sales processes, and overall business outcomes.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and confidence presenting on live Zoom calls.
• Ability to translate complex marketing, sales, and data concepts into simple, usable explanations.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
