Customer Development Manager – C&S & ADUSA (Remote – Northeast)

About the role

Join Nestlé Health Science to lead sales activities for the Holistic Health portfolio across key accounts, focusing on C&S and ADUSA banners. The role partners with internal strategy, finance, and category teams to grow the business and strengthen industry leadership, while working remotely in the Northeast region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic and winning relationships with assigned customers.
• Drive performance goals through off‑shelf display, distribution gains, and ACV enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Strategy, Finance, Service) to execute brand and category growth plans.
• Identify and implement new growth opportunities aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage trade budget, forecast sales, and oversee trade investment system inputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years managing strategic FDM customers.
• Proven experience in grocery retail channel and consumer health & wellness products.
• Strong analytical ability using syndicated data to shape pricing and promotions.
• Project‑management experience in fast‑moving environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using the Osprey Trade Investment Management system.
