Customer Delivery Driver

About the role

Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates to deliver vehicles directly to customers' doorsteps using custom car haulers. No commercial license is required, and comprehensive training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Drive car haulers to deliver vehicles to customers and ensure safe transport.
• Load and unload vehicles, perform physical inspections, and maintain the hauler.
• Complete customer paperwork and record detailed notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s driver qualification policy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer‑facing experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lb and working in various weather conditions.
• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass a drug test and DOT medical exam.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Required skills

• Notary certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• State‑specific licensing for DMV/title access (e.g., Chauffeur’s license in IL, MI, LA, MO; Vehicle Verifier license in CA).
