Customer Business Operations Specialist IV

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Business Operations professional to support strategic customer accounts across North America and Europe, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer demand planning and delivery alignment for strategic accounts, partnering with sales, finance, and order management.
• Monitor demand, capacity, and fulfillment risks, creating proactive resolution plans.
• Identify and mitigate operational, contractual, and revenue risks, serving as primary contact for complex issues.
• Support execution of customer agreements, ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and finance requirements.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to improve customer experience, operational effectiveness, and business performance.
• Analyze operational and revenue data to provide insights and recommendations for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years in sales operations, customer business operations, order management, or related functions.
• Proven experience supporting strategic customer accounts in a cross‑functional environment.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, contract execution, fulfillment, and revenue assurance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process improvements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency with business intelligence and data‑analytics tools.
• Familiarity with automation, AI‑enabled tools, and digital transformation initiatives.
