Customer Business Operations Specialist III

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Business Operations (CBO) professional to support strategic customer accounts across North America and Europe, coordinating demand, delivery, contract and revenue processes. The role works closely with Sales, Finance, Order Management and other cross‑functional teams to ensure commitments are met and risks are managed.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer demand planning and delivery coordination for assigned accounts.
• Identify and communicate delivery, contractual and revenue‑related risks, and assist in mitigation.
• Facilitate execution of customer agreements, contract terms and entitlement activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Gather, analyze and report operational data to support decision‑making and management reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years in Sales Operations, Customer Business Operations, Order Management or related functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and operational reporting tools.
