Customer Business Operations Director – Global Accounts

About the role

Lead the Customer Business Operations function for strategic global accounts, ensuring operational excellence across multiple regions and product groups. You will partner with sales, finance, supply chain and other functions to drive customer satisfaction and execute complex order‑to‑cash processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Customer Business Operations for strategic global accounts across multiple regions and business units.
• Own operational governance and execution excellence throughout the order‑to‑cash lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions to develop and execute customer operational strategies.
• Drive process transformation initiatives, including automation, AI, and workflow optimization, and establish performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Customer Business Operations, Order Management or related functions, with at least 5 years leading global teams.
• Proven experience supporting large strategic accounts in a global, matrixed organization.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Expertise in order‑to‑cash processes and revenue recognition principles.
• Experience with digital transformation tools such as AI, automation, reporting and workflow optimization.
