Customer Accounts Advisor

About the role

Join Aaron’s as a Customer Accounts Advisor and help customers transition from lease to ownership. You will act as a trusted coach, guiding them through payment collections, lease renewals, and ensuring complete satisfaction with their purchased products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer account information in the store system and document payment appointments.
• Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements via phone calls and in‑home visits.
• Explain the benefits of timely lease renewals and encourage on‑time payments.
• Support the Customer Account Manager in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal targets.
• Assist with merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and quality assurance inspections.
• Complete weekly vehicle maintenance logs, load and secure products, and safely operate a company vehicle.
• Provide backup support to the sales team and perform any reasonable duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least 19 years old (U.S.) or 18 years old (Canada) with a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours between 8 am and 9 pm.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lb unaided and up to 300 lb with a dolly.
• Two years of retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
