Creative Strategist (Freelance Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Creative Strategist to join our Concepting Team and shape bold, insight‑driven experiential campaigns. The role blends storytelling, research, and strategic thinking to produce compelling pre‑sale proposals and post‑sale concept decks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end pre‑sale proposal process, from briefing to delivery, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and audience insights to inform creative concepts.
• Develop actionable insights and craft persuasive narratives for deck presentations.
• Design visually impactful proposal decks that communicate clear strategic rationale.
• Own the creation of first‑version concept decks and refine ideas into executable creative concepts.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, producers, and technical teams to translate concepts into tangible experiences.
• Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients, acting as the primary deck leader.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, experiential marketing, or related fields.
• Strong storytelling ability and proven track record of developing insight‑driven strategies.
• Excellent research and analytical skills to uncover market and cultural trends.
• Ability to lead brainstorming sessions and guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
