Creative Project Manager

About the role

The Creative Project Manager role is designed to develop and refine project‑management skills while owning internal workflows that deliver high‑quality client outcomes. You will guide projects from inception through completion, keeping internal teams aligned and ensuring timely, collaborative delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project‑management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status trackers).
• Facilitate communication across departments (Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production).
• Schedule meetings with clear agendas, capture notes, and consolidate feedback.
• Identify potential issues early and propose proactive solutions.
• Manage designer and editor schedules, oversee growing project plans, and eventually lead a small client while supporting a senior PM on larger accounts.

• Creative, organized, collaborative, and eager to help teammates at a moment’s notice.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
