Creative Project Coordinator

About the role

The Creative Project Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day operations of Moroccanoil’s Creative team. You will manage incoming project requests, coordinate timelines, and ensure that each project moves smoothly from intake to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming Project Request Forms (PRFs) and Ad Request Forms (ARFs), confirming that all required assets, specifications, and timelines are complete.
• Follow up with requesters to obtain missing information and enforce intake standards.
• Partner with the Senior Creative Project Manager to prioritize and assign work based on designer bandwidth and business priorities.
• Track project timelines, approvals, deliverables, and status updates across multiple concurrent projects.
• Maintain visibility into team workload, flagging bandwidth concerns, conflicting priorities, or resourcing challenges.
• Balance day‑to‑day creative requests with larger campaign initiatives.
• Coordinate packshot requests from intake through final delivery, including routing timelines, retouching rounds, approvals, and asset organization.
• Support photoshoot logistics and related creative activities.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Able to identify gaps in project information and create structure and visibility for the team.
