Creative Producer

About the role

Vanity Fair is looking for a Creative Producer to join its fast‑paced video team in Los Angeles. You will partner with Creative Producers and Directors of Content & Development to conceive, produce, and direct high‑impact digital video that reflects the brand’s editorial voice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all production logistics, collaborating with Senior and Coordinating Producers as needed.
• Produce and direct shoots with a strong editorial point of view, guiding Associate Producers from pre‑production through delivery.
• Capture social video on iPhone at events, red‑carpet, and with writers.
• Lead creative direction, including concepting, art direction, and location selection.
• Oversee post‑production, track deliverables, manage notes, and ensure deadlines for cuts, graphics, music, and final delivery.
• Interface with A‑list talent and representatives, maintaining brand professionalism.
• Collaborate with programming and development teams to evolve series formats and audience development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience producing and developing digital video across platforms.
• Proven track record in premium, talent‑driven content execution.
• Strong interest in pop culture, entertainment, and current events.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of production and post‑production workflows.
• Fluent in capturing and shaping stories on iPhone from shoot to final edit.
• Expertise in video, audio, and graphics integration.
• Knowledge of social and YouTube programming, audience development, and series building.
