Creative Lead Fellow

About the role

WITHIN is launching an eight‑week paid Creative Lead Fellowship in New York City. Fellows will dive deep into performance creative, producing scripts, hooks, and live campaign assets at a pace faster than most brand studios. The program is designed to accelerate talent and can lead to a full‑time Creative Lead position.

Key responsibilities

• Write and iterate high‑impact ad scripts and hooks for multiple live client accounts.
• Analyze performance data within 48 hours to refine creative output.
• Pitch new business ideas and own projects from concept to delivery.
• Contribute to 30 % of work focused on campaign development and brand re‑positions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated public creative work (e.g., TikTok series, Substack, spec campaigns) that showcases taste and results.
• Ability to craft a compelling hook in under 90 seconds and explain its effectiveness.
• Passion for performance creative, including familiarity with ad fatigue, iteration, and platform mechanics.
• Recent graduate of a recognized design/portfolio program or 1–3 years of audience‑building experience.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City for an on‑site fellowship.
