Creative Designer – Brand & Digital Experiences

About the role

Critical Mass is looking for a Designer who lives and breathes visual storytelling. You will work on high‑profile brand, campaign and digital projects from concept through final delivery, shaping how leading brands look, feel and move.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and execute high‑quality designs across brand, campaign and digital experiences.
• Apply rigorous craft in typography, color, hierarchy, composition, interaction and motion.
• Work within design systems, component libraries and visual frameworks with accuracy.
• Interpret briefs and translate direction into well‑crafted visual solutions.
• Build mood boards, conduct visual research and create compelling image compositions.
• Prototype interactions and experiences in Figma.
• Leverage generative AI (image, video, audio) and text‑based AI to accelerate ideation and iteration.
• Share and articulate design decisions in internal reviews and collaborate with UX, copy, strategy and engineering.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in‑house team.
• Portfolio that demonstrates strong craft, attention to detail and a clear design sensibility.
• Sharp, curious aesthetic sense shaped by engagement with culture, art, fashion, film, music or architecture.
• Ability to manage tasks, stay organized and meet deadlines.
