Creative Content Coordinator

About the role

Irving Farm, a specialty coffee brand with cafés across New York City, is seeking a Creative Content Coordinator to shape its visual storytelling and social media presence. The role blends content creation, campaign development, and on‑the‑ground photography to highlight the brand’s culture and community.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, email newsletters, and the website.
• Manage daily Instagram posting, Stories, and content scheduling.
• Brainstorm and develop creative campaign concepts and seasonal launches.
• Produce photo, video, and lifestyle assets for social and marketing use.
• Write captions, assist with copywriting, and support overall creative direction.
• Research trends, cultural moments, and creative references.
• Support creative shoots, collaborations, and events.
• Contribute ideas for partnerships, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
• Capture NYC‑focused content that showcases cafés, coffee culture, and everyday city moments.

Required profile

• Strong creative instincts and visual taste.
• Interest in branding, storytelling, photography, design, fashion, food, hospitality, or culture.
• Comfortable creating short‑form, social‑first content.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current digital trends.
• Organized, collaborative, and proactive.

Required skills

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Knowledge of CapCut or similar video‑editing tools.
