Cost Accounting Analyst

About the role

As a Cost Accounting Analyst you will partner with factory leadership and cross‑functional teams to provide accurate product costing, financial analysis, inventory control support and compliance oversight. You will maintain product costs, analyze manufacturing performance and support budgeting, forecasting and period‑end close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product costing in line with Nestlé Costing Standards and develop cost estimates for new and existing products.
• Analyze manufacturing variances, cost drivers and operational performance to identify cost‑improvement opportunities.
• Support period‑end close, prepare financial reports for factory and corporate management and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain and validate bills of materials, conduct inventory and cost data reviews and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards, monitor internal controls and support audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in accounting, cost accounting or manufacturing finance.
• Strong analytical ability and experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills.
