Corporate Development Manager

About the role

The Corporate Development Manager will serve as a key partner in Habitat’s Corporate Partnerships team, leading implementation and day‑to‑day management of corporate relationships to ensure commitments are fulfilled and impact is demonstrated.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day execution of corporate partnership commitments, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Finance, Communications, Legal, program and affiliate staff—to support partnership goals.
• Maintain partnership data in CRM, SharePoint, Smartsheet and prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials and action‑item documentation.
• Track performance, produce impact and stewardship reports, and manage financial reporting, invoicing and pledge monitoring.
• Serve as project lead for partner participation in Habitat‑sponsored events and manage related logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of fundraising and/or project‑management experience.
• Strong customer‑service and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Annual salary range $55,600 – $82,675 USD
