Corporate Controller

About the role

Experity is a mission‑driven company transforming on‑demand healthcare with industry‑leading software. As Corporate Controller you will lead all accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP, and build a high‑performing finance team supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, revenue accounting and month‑end close.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close activities, improving consistency, quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Evaluate and redesign accounting processes for scalability and automation, partnering with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Optimize financial systems, especially NetSuite, and develop controls that reduce risk while supporting a positive customer experience.
• Build, coach and develop an engaged accounting team, fostering ownership and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA strongly preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, preferably in a private‑equity‑backed, multi‑entity SaaS or healthcare‑technology environment.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, internal controls and PCAOB audit processes.
