Coordinator of Instructional Technology

About the role

The Coordinator of Instructional Technology works with school leaders and teachers to embed technology into the curriculum, enhancing learning experiences and supporting district-wide instructional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with administrators and teachers to design and implement technology integration aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Deliver professional development workshops and coaching cycles to build staff proficiency in instructional technologies.
• Facilitate selection, installation, and maintenance of educational technology systems and equipment.
• Collect and analyze usage data to inform continuous improvement of technology practices.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of K‑12 teaching or educational technology experience.
• Master’s degree in Education and a valid teaching certification.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite, AI tools, Canva, Nearpod.
• Experience supporting assessment platforms such as STAR, IAR/ACT and ECRISS.
• Knowledge of SOPPA and DPA compliance and AI literacy frameworks.
