Cook I – Food & Beverage Team

About the role

The Cook I will join the Food & Beverage team at a resort location in Snowmass Village, Colorado. This full‑time position focuses on preparing high‑quality meals, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the service staff during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards.
• Regulate oven, broiler, grill, and roaster temperatures and monitor food quality and quantity.
• Thaw frozen items, maintain food logs, and ensure proper portioning, arrangement, and garnish.
• Communicate menu specials, out‑of‑stock items, and excess food usage to chefs and service staff.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating team members as needed.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies; report maintenance issues and accidents.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school education in culinary arts or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant kitchen experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
