About the role

Join Cotton Culinary’s dynamic team as a Cook, creating unforgettable meals for high‑profile, large‑scale events across the nation. You will work hands‑on in a fast‑paced kitchen, ensuring every dish meets the brand’s high standards of quality and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead menu execution and oversee meal preparation for banquets and events.
• Cook, plate, and present dishes as part of the kitchen crew.
• Maintain food quality, timing, and client satisfaction throughout service.
• Report inventory needs, manage storage, and rotate ingredients safely.
• Act as the primary client contact during events, addressing issues in real time.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of commercial cooking experience, preferably in banquet or catering settings.
• Formal culinary training or certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel nationwide.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lb and handle demanding kitchen environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
