  • Build automated workflows to streamline close, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors for US, UK, Canadian, and transfer‑pricing compliance.
  • Oversee debt facility reporting, covenant compliance, and interest calculations.

Required profile

  • 6–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 2+ years at a venture‑backed startup.
  • Experience as the sole or primary finance person in a 30–150 employee company.
  • Strong technical accounting expertise: revenue recognition (ASC 606), inventory, multi‑entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations.
  • International accounting experience covering the US and at least one non‑US jurisdiction.
  • Ability to produce investor‑grade financial statements and board packages independently.
  • CPA certification.

Required skills

  • Competitive total compensation ranging from $220K to $270K annually.
  • Opportunity to shape the finance function of a high‑growth, Series A startup.
  • Exposure to cutting‑edge autonomous aviation technology.
