Content Creator – Social Media (Miami)

About the role

We’re looking for a Content Creator who can turn ideas into content people actually want to watch. You’ll own the creative process, from content strategy and ideation to scripting and production.

Key responsibilities

• Own the content strategy and creative direction for assigned clients.
• Research audiences, competitors, trends, and content opportunities.
• Develop strong concepts, hooks, and creative angles.
• Write scripts for short‑form videos, ads, and organic social content.
• Produce content from idea through execution, collaborating with video makers, editors, and other creatives.
• Lead or support shoots when needed and provide clear creative feedback.
• Quality‑check content to ensure alignment with strategy, brand, and tone.
• Use performance data to improve future content and prepare monthly learnings.
• Build organic content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Manage multiple content streams while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Required profile

• Passion for mission‑driven work and ownership of results.
• Experience in content creation, production, storytelling, or digital media.
• Ideally experience creating content in longevity, wellness, health, fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle domains.
